Silver Wing Tawny Port NVPinot Noir based, fortified with Brandy. Blend of 2013 and 2017 barrel. Bottled in 2019. Off sweet. Addictive smell of smokiness, cinnamon, aniseed. Maple Syrup, Toffee, chocolate and stewed black fruit on the palate. Grippy tannin with a suede leathery mouthful and a long lengthy finish. Good match with walnuts and aged cheeses.
