This is soft, fruit driven, extremely easy to drink, with a dry finish. Gentle effervescence. Light straw yellow color. Elegant fragrances with notes of white flowers. Fresh and fruity. All the dishes with vegetables with a slightly bitter aftertaste like asparagus and cabbage. Very quaffable.
