Pinion Side Table D80cm in Oakby Simone Affabris Pinion is a collection of coffee and side tables inspired by a round gear. The starting point for this project comes from observing mechanical gears in different artefacts. I have always been fascinated by mechanical constructions and joinery in general. The pinion gear allows several movements in mechanics, and this very interconnection between different gears has inspired me to create this collection of tables, says designer
