The make a Cabernet Sauvignon blend, with Merlot and Cabernet Franc, typically aged for a year in oak. It is a Pauillac famous for being elegant and approachable, with soft tannins. This highly regarded wine has just come out of a dormant phase. It is a complex wine of dark fruit, cedar and spice, it still has plenty of life ahead of it.
