Paul Bara的香檳在出廠後很快就達到適飲狀況，原因在於酒莊在出廠前就進行較長時間的二次瓶陳。一般無年份NV，就已經長達3~4年的瓶中窖陳，遠高於一般規定的15個月。年份香檳更至少5年以上的帶渣窖陳，創造出豐富的香氣與圓潤的口感。從此可以看出酒莊對品質不計代價的追求，也是之所以Paul Bara能成為Bouzy代表酒莊的職人精神。
