LEANACH TIN CHURCHCorrugated iron was a result of the industrial revolution being first introduced in the mid 1800s. It soon became a go to material for cost effective kit based buildings. Churches became one of its uses. Leanach Church (Leanach is on the site of Culloden battlefield) was built from such a kit in 1900 and was in use till 1980. It was re erected at the Highland Folk Park in Newtonmore in 1987 and now stands proudly near the entrance of the park. This
